KISC participates in community education and outreach in various ways. If you would like us to present or talk at your community or neighborhood meeting or event, or visit your classroom, please contact the us at 808-821-1490 or KISC@hawaii.edu
- We participate in community events and are happy to set up an educational booth at your event! We can bring interactive games for keiki, informational brochures, and real life examples of some of the invasive species we target.
- The KISC outreach team is available to spend time in your classroom. We have presentations and activities for all ages. Please check out our Classroom Visits page for more information.

- KISC provides Early Detection Workshops for any interested parties. We have a detailed presentation so that people can become more informed about the specific invasive species we target, and how they can help KISC detect them early in the forest!
